IPM Course & Toolkit for Procurement Officers

Strategies & Trends in IP Litigation

Several aspects of IP proceedings, such as the risk of making groundless threats and the possibility of IP rights being invalidated, bring a set of challenges unique to IP litigation. Litigants and their counsel must be familiar with the niceties of IP proceedings, the procedural complications and the pitfalls to avoid. The seminar will address the procedural framework surrounding IP litigation and focus on examples of how this framework is best employed for the effective enforcement or challenge of IP rights.
